- The duration of the tour includes both pick up and drop off timings as well,
- Pickup from Dubai Airport is available from the Nearby any Hotel,
- Pick up will be within the first 30-45 minutes of your booked time,
- Due to the summer season weather condition your pickup time may get modify 1 hour early and you will be notified in advance,
- Due to heavy traffic in Deira Naif pick up points share nearby location on WhatsApp,
- Pregnant ladies or persons with a history of back pain or neck heart problems, and children below 3 years old are not allowed,
- Check the weather condition before stepping out. Prefer light clothes in summer and long, covered clothing with a jacket during the breezy winter season.
- It is not recommended to carry expensive items. Your belongings are your own responsibility and Great day tourism LLC is not responsible for any lost belongings during the trip. We will, of course, do our best to help you out if an item is lost.
- This tour is not wheelchair accessible, but if anyone in your group has any physical disabilities, please get in touch and we can customize you a private trip,

- Pickup details: Pick up Drop off Available from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman city, hotel residence Apartment villa, & Dubai Cruise Terminal Port Rashid & Harbour, Cruise Terminal Dubai Marina, Dubai Airport is available from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel, And Pick-up from Sharjah, and Ajman, Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum airport Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, Dubai Parks hotels and resorts, only with a private option. Note that the pickup will be 45 minutes prior to your booked time depending on your location.

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted,
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time,
