General Provisions
All the following terms and conditions are applicable to all products offered on greatdaydubai.com unless otherwise stated on the product page itself.
‘Customer’ shall include all individuals listed on the booking form who intend to travel with Great Day Tourism LLC. ‘Product’ encompasses any service provided by Great Day Tourism LLC. By making a booking, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all of our booking conditions. A contract between the customer and Great Day Tourism comes into effect upon our written confirmation of the booking. The person signing the booking form, thereby agreeing to these terms and conditions, warrants their authority to do so on behalf of all listed individuals and confirms their understanding of these terms and conditions. Any disputes shall be subject to the law and exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. No employee or representative of Great Day Tourism has the authority to alter, vary, or waive these terms and conditions unless authorized in writing by the CEO of Great Day Tourism LLC. Great Day reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion without further explanation.

Pricing and Arrangements
Please note that some airfares and land arrangements require full payment at the time of booking and are eligible for a 100% refund upon cancellation, as notified during booking. Great Day Tourism LLC(greatdaydubai.com) reserves the right to make changes to prices and arrangements if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to governmental actions, transportation cost fluctuations, changes in taxes or fees, and hotel rate adjustments.
Payment
Your credit card will be charged upon booking. If the provider rejects your booking, the charged amount will be refunded.
To confirm bookings and receive electronic vouchers, payment deposits must be made according to the specified plans corresponding to the chosen product. Various payment methods are accepted, including bank transfers, VISA, MasterCard, and other major credit cards.
Online Payment Requirements
Great Day Tourism LLC(greatdaydubai.com) complies with UAE law and does not deal with or provide services to any OFAC-sanctioned countries. Online payments are accepted in AED and USD via VISA and MasterCard credit/debit cards.
Third-party Distribution
Great Day Tourism LLC(greatdaydubai.com) distributes its products through third-party providers. Bookings made through third parties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider, and inquiries should be directed to them.
Changes to Terms
These terms are subject to change without prior notice. The terms valid at the time of booking will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Great Day Tourism LLC(greatdaydubai.com) reserves the right to cancel any booking, except Guaranteed Departure Products, in extraordinary circumstances such as force majeure. Compensation is not available for such cancellations, but refunds or alternative options may be provided.
Exclusion
Great Day Tourism LLC(greatdaydubai.com) reserves the right to refuse admittance or exclude individuals from activities if eligibility requirements are not met or if participation poses a risk to themselves or others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Health Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive health insurance before participating in any activities to cover unforeseen incidents or accidents.
Liability
Great Day Tourism LLC(greatdaydubai.com) accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or death arising from participation in activities.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days via the original payment method. No refunds are provided for partially used services. Amendments may incur additional fees.
