GOOD TO KNOW
- Our Guide & Team use WhatsApp for contacts. Please keep WhatsApp ON for more convenience,
- The duration of the tour includes both pick-up and drop-off timings as well,
- Pick-up will be within the first 30-45 minutes of your booked time,
- Pick-up from Dubai Airport is available from the nearby any Hotel,
- Due to the summer season weather conditions, your pick-up time may get modified 1 hour early, and you will be notified in advance,
- Due to heavy traffic in Deira Naif, pick-up points share nearby locations on WhatsApp,
- Pregnant ladies or persons with a history of back pain or neck heart problems and children below 3 years old are not allowed on Dunes basing,
- Check the weather conditions before stepping out. Prefer light clothes in summer and long, covered clothing with a jacket during the breezy winter season.
- It is recommended not to eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any vomiting/ sickness during the dune bashing session.
- It is not recommended to carry expensive items. Your belongings are your own responsibility, and Great Day Tourism LLC is not responsible for any lost belongings during the trip. We will, of course, do our best to help you out if an item is lost.
- We assure you that all our desert Safari Captains are well-trained and licensed as safari drivers. The entire fleet of 4WD vehicles is fully insured and well equipped with the needed safety facilities such as Roll Bars, Seat Belts, Government Tracker, GPS, GMS, First Aid Box, etc.,
- Tour duration is fixed for any tour/activity, but it may vary depending on the city traffic,
- This tour is not wheelchair accessible, but if anyone in your group has any physical disabilities, please get in touch, and we can customize a private trip,
- Baby car seats are available on request. Private cars get free Sharing car booking is the same as adult booking. Get free if required, please inform us.
- We recommend you have international travel insurance as self-driving activities are prone to risk, leading to serious injury & are covered only by your insurance companies,
- Quad biking and buggy is a self-driving activity to be taken at your own risk, and the company’s insurance does not cover it,
- No Belly Dance during Ramadan days.
- Pickup details : Pick up Drop off Available from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman city, hotel residence Apartment villa, & Dubai Cruise Terminal Port Rashid & Harbour, Cruise Terminal Dubai Marina, Dubai Airport is available from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel, And Pick -up from Sharjah, and Ajman, Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum air port Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, Dubai Parks hotels and resorts, only with a private option.
- Note: that the pickup will be 45 minutes prior to your booked time depending on your location.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time,
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted,
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time,
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date.

The tour company reached out a few days before with a 5am pickup time. Our driver Mohan was on time and friendly. He took lots of photos of us, and seemed to really enjoy the time he spent with us. We saw a beautiful sunrise, the 4 wheeling was fun, and I tried sand surfing. The camel ride was short but we enjoyed it, especially the video of the camel laying down to let us off. (We forgot that a falcon viewing was part of the package and never saw one.) The entire trip took 4 hours, which gave us the rest of the day to do other things.
